Today's workforce are mature digital users with expectations that corporate tools and technologies will measure up to their consumer counterparts.

That's why KDS recently conducted a survey of 411 business travelers based in the UK to better understand their behaviors, challenges and expectations when it comes to the tools and processes associated with business travel. 

A few key findings we uncovered, include:

  • 98% of business travelers consider themselves advanced (60%) or intermediate (38%) users of digital tools.
  • More than half (58%) of business travelers are spending as much as 60 minutes booking business travel.
  • 51% of business travelers feel it is important to be digitally connected - even while on vacation.
  • 39% of business travelers would like the travel booking process to be more personalized - taking preferences and habits into account.
